A delegation from the Foundation and the Grupo ICOT attended RehabWeek 2025, one of the most influential international congresses in the field of rehabilitation technology, held this year in Chicago, United States.
This multidisciplinary event convened leading experts, researchers, and institutions from across the globe to exchange cutting-edge knowledge in medical research, neurorehabilitation, and robotic engineering, with the shared mission of improving the quality of life for individuals undergoing complex rehabilitation processes.
The scientific program addressed key areas such as brain-computer interfaces, robotic exoskeletons, neuroplasticity and functional recovery, artificial intelligence applied to rehabilitation, tele-rehabilitation systems, and innovations in sensor technologies and wearable devices.
During the visit, our team also had the opportunity to return to the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab a world-renowned center in neurorehabilitation, with which we maintain a close and ongoing collaboration. This partnership promotes research, innovation, and professional training in the neurosciences.
Participation in international scientific forums reinforces our commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and global cooperation in advancing the recovery of individuals with acquired brain injuries.
