On November 27 and 28, members of Grupo ICOT’s IT team and the Technical Director of the Canary Foundation Institute of Neurological Sciences, Daniel Pérez-Marcos, took part in the 5th National EDIH Meeting, titled “Europe, the Present and Future of AI”. The event was held at Universidad Fernando Pessoa Canarias and organized by CIDIHUB, an organization of which the Canary Foundation Institute of Neurological Sciences is a member.
The event brought together numerous experts and representatives from Digital Innovation Hubs across Spain and Europe to share experiences, use cases, and perspectives on digital transformation, European data spaces, technological sovereignty, and the real-world application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in strategic sectors, with a particular impact on healthcare.
